Hello again! I'm on vacation at the moment in New York, so I've been late with my blog post updates. I have to share this final look from my shoot with Sara. This hot pink romper is from one of my favorite local boutiques, Canvas Fashion Gallery

Canvas boutique has a lot of great name brand clothing lines that you would be familiar with if you are constantly scrolling through Instagram, like I am. From Cupcakes and Cashmere to Paige denim, they have a wide collection of popular brands to choose from. My pink romper fit perfectly in the dressing room and would be fantastic for a date night look. I paired it with my favorite black QUILTED SHOULDER BAG for an elegant accessory.

Did you notice the earrings I am wearing in this outfit look? The pop of yet another color in this look comes from my stunning cobalt blue earrings. Aren't they so gorgeous!? So gorgeous in fact that my best friend wants them herself...who knows, she may see them in a care package from me in a few weeks! Hint, hint ;) I found a similar one HERE for Under $40.

Wishing you a great rest of your week ahead! I'm going into the city soon with my family in the upcoming days. Check out my Instagram for more updates.

$22 Contemporary Dress

Looking for some great deals? I've got you covered in today's outfit look. This is another great outfit for the end of summer. It's August, which means Florida is FEELING the heat. We are talking maximum humidity and dry heat whenever you step outside. I know I love talking about the weather all the time in my posts, but it's just a way to indicate what kind of conditions I'm currently in. Those conditions happen to be awful, as this is my least favorite month for many bug-related and temperature-rising reasons. I usually wear as little as humanly possible during this month, because I hate sweating AND wearing nice clothes, real talk!

Anywho, let's skip past complaining about the weather and go straight into this cute summery look shot by Sara, my favorite local Tampa photographer, and fellow fashion blogger. This FLOWY DRESS makes for a super sweet option to beat the heat in. the COLOR is amazing and it was suggested for me to buy from one of my friends, Madison. She thought this color would look great on me, so please let me know what you think in the comments.  To contrast the color of this dress, I opted to wear Lisi Lerch Tassel Earrings in the brightest white. I hope you liked today's outfit look!

Love what you see?! Shop the wholeeeeee look in the widget below. It has the dress, the earrings, my bag, and some similar heels all wrapped into one convenient spot for you to scroll through! P.S. I am getting ready for a NY vacation soon, so be on the look out for plenty of awesome photos to come :)

Striped Wrap Top + New Boyfriend Jeans

Happy Monday, friends!

Over the weekend my best friend and I explored Downtown St. Pete. Since she is moving to Texas in a few days, we wanted to walk around and have a fun photo shoot in the area that we both grew up in.

We found some cute murals and textured walls to take photos by. It was a scorching hot day, so although I simply adore my $20 BOYFRIEND JEANS, I couldn't wait to take them off and switch into comfy shorts! I've been on the hunt for tsome boyfriend jeans that are A) Not too baggy B) Straight-legged and C) CHEAP, and the ones I have on from JCPENNEY stood out among the rest. These are my perfecttttt pair of boyfriend jeans and I can't wait until the fall to wear them with booties and sweaters.

Also, if you haven't seen these gorgeous chandelier earrings on my blog yet, then I will take some time to boast about how much I love them today! First off, they are only $12. I have worn them with nearly every look this past week...everything from this look with casual boyfriend jeans to a dinner wearing a fancy black evening dress. From casual looks to a classy night out, these EARRINGS from Lulu's go with anything. They have pretty blush pink, white and blue mixed into them just to let you know!

Hello, friends! Today I writing from bed because 1) I hurt some muscle in my foot and now I can only wobble around the house and 2) There is currently a Tropical Storm named Emily that is swirling around Tampa Bay. Oh, Monday, can you get any more interesting!? Haha. So in between my epsom salt baths and writing for the company that I work for, I am taking some time out to focus on a new online retailer that I've been obsessing over lately...find out what it is by reading on!

Have you ever shopped at  Lulu's before? I recently started shopping at this online retailer not too long ago and am impressed by their collection of trendy dresses, handbags, shoes, and accessories. I already own some TASSEL EARRINGS from them that I adore (and probably wear too much!) and a ROSE GOLD NECKLACE with little crystals dripping down it. Lulu's has some great affordable finds that I have to share with you today. They also do some crazy 70% off sales from time to time.

Lulus Loves

$29.00 Blue Sandals (comes in white, too) || $13.00 Rose Gold Layered Necklace || $13 Crystal Memories Tassel Earrings || $23 Marble Watch (comes in other colors, too!)

Onto these items that are currently sitting my closet as we speak...I think knotted bow slides are a nice way to up your style game. Who doesn't want to look cute on a budget!? The ones I have are blue striped and are a STEAL at under $30! I mean, most of the fancy ones I've seen online can cost anywhere from $100-$300. No thanks! I would recommend sizing DOWN for these specific slides.

If you need to add some rose gold in your life because who doesn't need more glam, I would check out the accessories page on Lulus. The rose gold layered NECKLACE that I bought for under $15 is one of my latest pieces in my collection.

Also, I have to point out my gorgeous rhinestone crystal tassel EARRINGS because I keep getting the sweetest compliments when the I wear them out! For $13, yes $13!! They are sooo worth buying! The earrings are a tad long so if you are used to only wearing studs they may be too much for you, but if you are a tassel lover like I am, you'll love them!

There is so much to cover in today's blog post! I am thrilled to post all of these photos taken by Sara at Studio Magnolia. Sara is a fantastic photographer to work with, and I am beyond pleased with the results of our photo shoot! In typical Florida style, there was rain off and on, but we lucked out in the afternoon and were blessed with some amazing lighting.

Onto the details of my outfit: my gingham romper mixes two obsessions of mine from throughout the summer, rompers and the pattern gingham! THIS ROMPER is on SALE right now for under $25, coming in at $22. I purchased a size small and it fits beautifully.

The crossbody bag of the summer is definitely THIS ONE here. I was skeptical to buy it at first because I know trends die down, but I figured I would bring it on a lot of my summer trips and upcoming vacation to New York later next month. I'm glad I bought it because it fits my phone and wallet and adds a nice rustic feel to my look.

New Makeup I'm Loving for Summer 2017

New Makeup for Summer

I want to take a moment to share a few of my new beauty favorites on the blog with you. I haven't added a new update to my makeup favorites in some time! Although there are products that have quickly become staples in my routine, I am always looking at new brands to experiment with here and there.

I must talk about this bronzer because I've been reaching for it every single day that I apply makeup! The matte bronzer obsession is all over the Internet and this specific product does wonders for oily skin. It truly gives me a nice sunkissed look, even though I am super pale.

I love using bronzer during the summer because I need to fake a good tan (haha) and this stuff really works. I sweep it all over my face for an even application.

Obviously I apply a TON of sunscreen to my skin every day (pale + Florida = BURN) , so I am always trying out new options because I get bored easily. Yes, I do loveeee all of my Supergoop! products to death but I bought a huge bag of other sunscreens to try out so I needed to switch it up for the time being.

After applying my sample size of this Shiseido (nope, I can't pronounce it either!) product I started to find myself using it all the time. I am now completely out of my sample and I am considering making a purchase at Sephora to pick this up again real soon, as I miss it that much!

I was never one who liked applying a lip liner until I discovered the power of this liner. I purchased a huge gift set of nude lipsticks from Sephora some time ago and this liner was on my list to try out next.

The applicator is a round tip that provides excellent precision to gently line my lips with the pigment. I find that using this liner will help me out when I add on any additional lipsticks. The shade is also super pretty and I would describe it as a dark nude pinkish red.

You know how you play a song on repeat? Well, in the same respect I've been wearing this CC+ cream nonstop! It is SO SO good. I'm on my third tube and I've been hooked on this product for a few years now. Thank you, YouTube for convincing me to test it out for myself.

I wear the lightest shade, Fair, and it matches my skin tone perfectly. I don't need too much of this cream because it blends and melts into my skin so well. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this product if you have normal to oily skin types, as it is a miracle foundation for the summer heat.

As for my routine with this product, I usually apply this with a foundation brush and add a translucent powder on top for a matte finish.

For my mascara, I've been using a waterproof formula created by the natural brand Mineral Fusion. This mascara is easy on the eyes and won't make them water. The formula is also free of toxic chemicals and has soothing ingredients such as aloe and Argan oil.

This mascara separates my lashes and provides them with the right amount of buildable lengthening power that I look for in a mascara.

I find this mascara to be comparable to my FAVE Better Than Sex, too! Watch out, Too Faced.

I really don't know what life was like without eyebrows...I mean, how did people LOOK at my face and stand to see my nonexistent brows!? OK, I'm being dramatic, but SERIOUSLY. Eyebrows are so important to take care of, I used to never do anything about mine. I never even had any sort of shape of an eyebrow before I learned that you could fill them in with a powder/gel/liner. My mind was blown, let me tell ya!

Onto my holy grail eyebrow pencil. THIS It Cosmetics eyebrow pencil is my #1 favorite pencil I've ever used before. It also comes with a nice brush at the other end to carefully help you sculpt your brows into place once you pencil them in. I have the lightest shade, blonde, and I use this pencil religiously every single morning. My routine is basically: wake up, pencil in brows, carry on with day!

Boho Chic Summer Look

american eagle fringe tank top

TOP: American Eagle Fringe Tank Top (old, SIMILAR HERE for $11.88) // JEANS: AG The Legging Jeans (from Nordstrom Rack for $55!) // BAG: Coach Saddle Bag // BANDANA: BP Bandana for Under $6 // WATCH: Marble Watch from Lulu's.com for $22 / Another watch for $19 from Nordstrom // SHOES: Target Canvas Sneakers in Gingham, on SALE for $12

Fringe details are very boho chic, and this top from American Eagle is just that! Unfortunately, it's out of stock, but I've found THIS ONE that is similar with a fringe hemline. As for my jeans, these AG The Legging jeans are a steal that I found at Nordstrom Rack for $55. Normally these jeans run anywhere from $100 to over $200, so when I found my size I acted quickly. I do have to point out that these jeans are worth the extra money. They are super crazy soft to the touch and are stretchy in all the right places. A staple piece for the fall time!

Onto the accessories...Of course I added on my BANDANA (it's only $6.00!) and some gingham canvas sneakers for a cool boho vibe. I could totally envision wearing this outfit in Austin, Texas when I travel to visit my best friend in a few months!

I ordered this gorgeous marble watch from LULUS because I was looking for a new everyday watch. The black strap and white face are versatile for any look.

DRESS: Cotton On Woven Carlos Cold Shoulder Dress, $15 (similar romper/maxi skirt look HERE at Dillards for $69) // NECKLACE: Kendra Scott Elisa Pendant Necklace (a favorite for months!) // HEADBAND: Forever 21 Wire Bow Headband, $3.90 // EARRINGS: Lisi Lerch Earrings in White

This is what I wore last night to my friend Sarah's blogger event! She hosted a get-together with some local bloggers at a boutique, Canvas. I wore THIS DRESS that I recently picked up during Cotton On's huge $10 sale. They had sooo many adorable things on sale for only $10 and I will be featuring more on the blog in the upcoming days.

Seriously though, this dress is a steal for $10! When I saw that it was marked down for $10 I tried it on and fell in love. I bought a size small for reference! Of course I've been lusting over similar dresses like this one for awhile now, but at $10 I couldn't pass it up. I found another option selling at DILLARDS that I think is nice. It's a romper/skirt combo that has slowly started to trend! Another element to this look that is super affordable is my $4.00 HEADBAND that I found while waiting in the check out line at Forever 21.

I also have on some gorgeous white Lisi Lerch earrings! These are unfortunately not mine, but I am borrowing them for the time being while my bestie is on vacation, hehe. I've been wearing them frequently ever since she had them... Something cool happened while I wore them in my latest post--I was even reposted by Lisi Lerch and freaked outttt!

Blush Pink Lace Off the Shoulder Dress

PHOTOS by Studio Magnolia

Blush pink happens to be one of my favorite colors, ever. This gorgeous blush pink and lace off the shoulder number was gifted to me by Tobi and I am so glad that I was sent this dress because I feel as if it would be the perfect wedding guest look. Of course no outfit is complete without a fancy pair of earrings, and these Lisi Lerch white tassel earrings do just the trick! The white is also so versatile for many looks to come. These earrings make for the best accessory during the summer this year. The famous pink hotel where this outfit was shot at, the Don CeSar, created the best backdrop for this look, too.

A huge thank you to Tobi for working with me on this outfit post today! Definitely make sure to look through their vast collection of trendy rompers, dresses, shoes and more.
